Villa Fabris is a significant example in the Vicenza area of Neoclassical architecture inspired by Enlightenment ideals.
The villa acquired its present appearance in the early 19th century, when the Chilesotti family, who had purchased the building in 1799 together with two adjacent small houses, decided to renovate the entire complex.
The street-facing façade is arranged over two floors, with a rusticated ground floor. The piano nobile, also featuring refined rustication, is distinguished at the level of the central hall by a slightly projecting architectural composition with four Corinthian semi-columns supporting a triangular pediment, topped by three statues.
The layout of the main residence reflects the traditional Venetian villa typology, with a long through-hall and rooms symmetrically arranged on either side. From the eastern side of the hall, access is gained to a monumental staircase, covered by barrel vaults, which connects the upper floors.

At the rear of the villa extends the park, featuring a stone wellhead and a small Alpine-style church built in 1984.
Municipally owned, it is now used for events and public initiatives, such as the summer film festival.
