The villa dates back to 1906, within the context of the land reclamation works in the Po Delta.
The complex consists of a central main body with two porticoed wings on either side.
The main façade, facing south, features exposed brickwork. At the corners, it is marked by two small towers. In front of the façade lies the garden. Each of the lateral wings opens with three arches.
The eastern side of the complex is crowned with battlements.
The rear façade, facing north, is enhanced by a balustrade overlooking the artificial pond.
The courtyard includes the caretaker’s house, the dovecote tower, the laundry building, and the greenhouse.
The façades are being restored as part of the PNRR programme
[Mission 1, Component 3 – Measure 2: Regeneration of small cultural sites, cultural, religious, and rural heritage – Investment 2.2],
approved by DGR no. 390/2022 and DDR no. 95/2022, financed by the EU – NextGenerationEU, managed by the Ministry of Culture (MiC);
